Dental Urgent Care

Students who are experiencing dental problems requiring immediate attention such as severe pain or swelling may contact the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC for assistance at (213) 740-2805.  The service is available to USC students 24 hours a day.  If calling after hours, a dentist will call you back and advise whether you need to be seen immediately or could wait to be seen during regular school hours.

Regular Dental Care

Dental care is available at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.  Students may choose to be treated at the Ostrow Dental Faculty Practice, which is located in the Engemann Student Health Center, or at the nearby dental student clinics.  Information on these options can be found on our website.  Both the Ostrow Dental Faculty Practice and student clinics accept the USC dental insurance from Delta Dental.  Students who are not covered by dental insurance may receive a 10 percent discount at our student clinics.  Dental Emergency service is also available.
