Ostrow makes comprehensive oral healthcare attainable for underserved members of our community by partnering with clinics throughout Los Angeles so that oral health services are convenient and accessible.

Dr. Roseann Mulligan Special Patients Clinic

Ostrow’s Special Patients Clinic — named the Dr. Roseann Mulligan Special Patients Clinic in 2015 — provides compassionate, comprehensive care based on each patient’s specific needs, including those who are medically compromised or have disabilities.

USC Dental Clinic at Union Rescue Mission

Ostrow partners with Union Rescue Mission (URM) to provide emergency and comprehensive dental services to those experiencing homelessness. The USC–URM Dental Clinic is dedicated to restoring oral health and smiles for Skid Row residents.

Community Health Centers of the Central Coast

Many Ostrow students complete rotations at Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, where they serve patients of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds and languages in rural community health clinics.
