Cardinal level members pay $395 in annual dues and receive all the benefits of the previous level plus:

Professional Education: Discounts for continuing education courses at the dental school. Access to exclusive online continuing education databases offering a variety of courses including practice management, patient management and debt management.
Mentoring Program: Career development for new dentists, recent graduates and dental students. (Fall 2017)

Gold level members pay $2,500 in annual dues and receive all the benefits of the previous levels plus:
Community Outreach: Provide oral health services and education to thousands of vulnerable people locally, nationally and internationally through both funding and volunteer opportunities.
