Housing

What fits your lifestyle best; a traditional dorm room on campus, an apartment downtown with friends or living with brothers or sisters on Greek Row?

University housing is available both on and off campus and is a great option for students looking to live with fellow Trojans; it’s furnished, flexible and easy to pay for through your university student account. Check out Trojan Housing online at http://housing.usc.edu/. You can also easily search for on- or off-campus housing via the Housing4Students USC page at http://www.housing4students.com/colleges/usc/index.html.

Safety

Effective learning can take place only when students feel safe and comfortable. USC is committed to providing the safest possible academic environment for all its students, faculty and staff through effective preparation and risk prevention practices.

The USC Department of Public Safety is one of the largest campus law enforcement organizations in the nation and constantly patrols the campus, ever ready to respond to any public safety threat or hazard. In addition, USC’s comprehensive Emergency Safety Plan is designed for a fast, effective response to any campuswide emergency, from natural disasters to civil disturbances, and provides channels for swift, clear communication in the event of an emergency.

For information on USC’s Emergency Safety Plan and the Department of Public Safety, as well as helpful safety procedures, tips and contact information, check out the Safety section of the SCampus Student Guidebook.
