The Prosthodontic Clinic specializes in the replacement of missing, damaged, deformed or discolored teeth; correction of malocclusion or "bad-bite", and restoring tooth appearance and function using fixed and removable restorations, dental implants and complete dentures.

Treatment is provided by resident doctors under the supervision of expert faculty.  Not all patients are considered appropriate for treatment.

Appointments are by written referral.  The cost of the initial consultation appointment is $50. 

If the patient is determined to be appropriate for treatment, a treatment planning appointment will be scheduled.  The cost of the treatment planning appointment is $450 and is non-refundable.  If the patient elects to proceed with the prescribed treatment plan, this fee will be applied toward the cost of treatment.

All patients are seen by referral only.  Referrals can be faxed to (213) 740-7064.
