PEDIATRICS

pedoThe Pediatric Dentistry Clinic provides the full-spectrum of oral health care services for infants, children and adolescents including those with special needs.

Our clinic specializes in creating a relaxing environment for young patients.  If necessary, sedation services are available including general anesthesia under the supervision of a licensed professional.

Treatment is provided by resident doctors under the supervision of expert faculty.  Not all patients are considered appropriate for treatment.

Children in need of complex treatment or who have severe medical conditions, developmental disabilities and/or emotional problems may be referred to our affiliated hospital-based pediatric dentistry programs.

The Pediatric Dentistry Clinic routinely participates in interdisciplinary treatment and provides coordinated patient care services with other medical disciplines.
